Silver Room by Tia-Thủy Nguyễn is part of the Château La Coste’s prestigious art collection. It takes inspiration from Rong houses of Central Highlands, folk narratives of Vietnam since the foundation of this country. Silver Room is a first-of-its-kind site-specific installation made out of wood, bamboo, silver, white quartz and stone in midst of hilltops in Provence, France.

When entering the world of Tia-Thủy Nguyễn, we are walking along the boundaries between architecture, sculpture, painting, and local landscape. Silver Room creates a multidisciplinary and intersectional approach to an artist's unique culture and epical history, showing a circle of past-present-future built from selected metaphorical and symbolic memories.
