a guarded artifact
when i think of the stairs,
in the mind,
i see the usual
a set of levelled floors
distanced ever so slightly
from each other,
evenly surfaced,
curved
at a perfect right angle
simple, original,
but rather… dull.
the silver room is an art show
a man-made artefact
guarded by nature
so why not make the stairs
a piece of art, too?
as peculiar as they may be
in appearance,
they’re a unique way
to escalate
they are, in their own way,
a figure of art.
